Mandatory Log Retention: As strictly required by Rule 8(3), we retain processing logs (records of when and how your data was processed) and associated traffic data for a minimum period of one year from the date of processing to ensure security and legal compliance.

In compliance with Rule 15, any transfer of personal data outside the territory of India is conducted subject to the restrictions and requirements specified by the Central Government to ensure your data remains protected.

8. Right to Complain to the Board
If you are not satisfied with our response to your grievance, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India as per the provisions of the Act.
9. Note on Children's Data
Our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from a child without verifiable consent, please contact us immediately for deletion, in accordance with Rule 10.
